A report examining the Special Forces Command (SFC) trial that followed the July 15, 2016, coup attempt has raised new allegations that the right to a fair trial was violated during the proceedings.
The study, written by Dilaver Dervis and titled “The Death of Fair Justice: Semih Terzi and the Special Forces Unit File,” criticizes how evidence was evaluated, how witnesses were heard and the independence of the judiciary.
